How long does delivery take?
Tracked South African delivery usually takes 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is free on orders over R500; for smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
How does Trotzu Track find my pet?
It works with Apple Find My or Android Find Hub. The tracker shares its location through nearby phones on those networks, so you can see where it is in the app on your phone. It works best in towns and suburbs; in remote areas with few people around, location updates may be less frequent.
What comes with the tracker?
You get the tracker plus a silicone paw-shaped holder in black or pink. The tracker sits inside the holder, and the holder slides onto your pet’s collar.
Which size cooling mat should I choose?
Measure your dog while they’re lying stretched out and choose a mat with room for their whole body. If you’re between sizes, go for the larger one. Not sure? Email support@trotzu.co.za with your dog’s breed and length for a personal recommendation.
What’s in the grooming kit?
The PawTrim LED paw trimmer (with comb, cleaning brush and USB cable), the GentleTrim nail grinder in your choice of colour (runs on 2 × AAA batteries), and a Paw & Nose Balm. Together they cost R108 less than buying each one separately.
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us and we’ll sort it out. Full details are in our refund policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Yoco, and we never see or store your full card details.
