Welcome to Trotzu. These Terms of Service explain how purchases through trotzu.co.za work. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Your rights under South African law continue to apply.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours may look slightly different on different screens. Please read the product description and check that an item is suitable for your pet before ordering.

Product availability may change. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you and arrange a refund for that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). The total price, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges that we’ve received your order; we’ll contact you if we cannot fulfil it.

Delivery

We deliver to eligible addresses in South Africa. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Our estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days, subject to peak periods and circumstances beyond our control. This is an estimate, and we’ll let you know if we become aware of a significant delay. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number so the courier can reach you.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our [Returns & Refunds Policy]. That policy also explains how to report a damaged, incorrect or faulty item.

Your statutory rights, including applicable cooling-off rights for online purchases and rights relating to faulty goods, are not limited by these terms. To request a return or cancellation, email support@trotzu.co.za with your order number.

Your use of the website

Please use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You may not interfere with the website’s operation or use its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

The Trotzu name, branding, product images and website content belong to Trotzu or their respective owners. You may use the website to browse and shop, but you may not reproduce its content without permission.

Privacy

We handle personal information needed to process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and applicable South African law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
