Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within South Africa. Here’s what to expect when you order from Trotzu.

Delivery times

Our estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days after your order is confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details where available.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over R500. For orders of R500 or less, the delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you pay. The order value for free shipping is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address and contact number before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email support@trotzu.co.za as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll try to update the details before dispatch.

If a courier cannot complete delivery, please contact us so we can help arrange the next step. Any charge for redelivery will be explained to you before it is arranged.

Delays or missing parcels

If your order is taking longer than expected, email support@trotzu.co.za with your order number. We’ll check its status and help resolve the issue.
