Because pet lives matter too.

I started trotzu for one simple reason: I love pets, and I believe their lives matter just as much as ours. They give us so much — loyalty, comfort, company and endless joy — and they deserve days that are just as happy and comfortable in return.

trotzu is a small, independent South African pet store, and it’s run by me, not a big company. Every product here is chosen with one question in mind: will this make a pet’s life easier, safer or more comfortable? If the answer isn’t a clear yes, it doesn’t make it into the store.

What you can expect from me

• No surprises at checkout: tracked delivery is R89, or free on orders of R500 or more.
• Honest delivery times: orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days, with tracking.
• 30 days to decide: return unused items within 30 days of delivery, with refunds processed within 5 working days of your return arriving. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, I’ll put it right.
• A real person to talk to: email support@trotzu.co.za and you’ll get a personal reply from me.
